Return & Refund Policy
At The Brown Culture, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Since every product is made-to-order (print-on-demand), please review our policy before placing an order.
π 1. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns/replacements only if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping
- The print is defective or incorrect
- You received the wrong product
How to request:
- Email us at arjun@thebrownculture.cc within 2Β days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos/videos of the issue
β Once verified, weβll ship a free replacement immediately.
π« 2. No Returns / Exchanges
We cannot accept returns in cases of:
- Wrong size selection by customer
- Change of mind or dislike of design
- Normal wear & tear after use
(Each item is custom-made, so we cannot resell returned products.)
π³ 3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible (e.g., item is out of stock).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5β7 business days
β³ 4. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order
- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
