At The Brown Culture, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Since every product is made-to-order (print-on-demand), please review our policy before placing an order.


πŸ”„ 1. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns/replacements only if:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping
  • The print is defective or incorrect
  • You received the wrong product

How to request:

  • Email us at arjun@thebrownculture.cc within 2Β days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

βœ… Once verified, we’ll ship a free replacement immediately.


🚫 2. No Returns / Exchanges

We cannot accept returns in cases of:

  • Wrong size selection by customer
  • Change of mind or dislike of design
  • Normal wear & tear after use

(Each item is custom-made, so we cannot resell returned products.)


πŸ’³ 3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible (e.g., item is out of stock).

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

⏳ 4. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
